Return and Exchange Conditions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange for a new product within 90 days of your purchase.


This is subject to the following return requirements:
1. The item must be in new condition with all tags and packaging intact, including the original box and all related accessories.

2. Any product that has been used or fully/partially installed cannot be returned.

3. Returns related to incorrect parts, sizes, incorrectly purchased, or no longer needed parts may not be assembled, installed, or modified in any way.

4. All returns and exchanges must be made through our program.
Note: All returns and exchanges must be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging of returned items.


How to return or exchange an item
If a return or exchange process is required, please follow these steps.

1. Contact us: Email us with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. Receive confirmation: We will respond to your request within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Shipping: If approved, please ship the item back to us using the address provided in our reply. Please make sure to include your order number in the package.

Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return unless it is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

NOTE: Our refunds do not include installation costs, labor costs, diagnostic tracking services, or any other costs not related to the product.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email with a photo or video of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if this is the case, we will either replace the product or refund you.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund you as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, we do not recommend you cancel your order as it will bring you and us extra trouble and loss. If you insist on canceling your order, please follow these steps.
1、Please send us an e-mail first, stating your order number and the reason for canceling the order. It is recommended that you do not refuse payment directly, as this will affect your credit history.

2、Sign for the goods in time. Please do not refuse, otherwise the goods may be lost or delayed.

3、Please send the goods back to us according to the address given by our customer service, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost in this process.

4、After sending the goods, please inform us of the courier bill number and contact information in time, so that we can track the status of the goods in time.

5、After we receive and check the goods, if the goods are not damaged, we will refund you as soon as possible. If the goods are damaged, we will deduct a certain percentage of the amount according to the degree of damage, and then the remaining costs will be refunded to you, the refund fee is generally refunded within 7 working days.
